7Rewards

7Rewards is an app that saves you money at all 7-Eleven stores. You can use the app to earn every 7th drink free and access other in-store savings. This hypothetical redesign included a barcode on app-load to reduce wait time, visual reward collections, a working feedback area, and a fixed bottom nav in order to improve the ease of usability.

The scope of this project included a brand assessment, personas, competitor analysis, literature review, UX audit, and usability tests which lead to a catalogue of recommendations for improvement. The following phases included wireframes, a redefined user flow, A/B tests for the new iconography, mockups, and a clickable prototype.

Note: The live app has been improved immensely since the time of this project.
